What Messages You'll Receive
When you provide your phone number as part of an event registration or intake form, you may receive text messages including: event logistics and arrival information, house or venue assignments and updates, schedule changes and real-time alerts, security and safety notifications, food, beverage, and activity updates, and transportation and parking coordination.

Consent is collected when you submit your phone number through one of our event intake forms. By entering your phone number and submitting the form, you agree to receive SMS communications from WEAREADPTV LLC for the specific event you are registering for.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by event. You may receive multiple messages during active event days. Outside of event windows, you will not receive messages.
How to Opt Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may also contact us directly at info@weareadptv.com to be removed from messaging.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. WEAREADPTV LLC does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates from your mobile provider may apply.

Your phone number is collected solely for event operations and logistics purposes. We do not sell, share, or distribute your phone number to third parties. Your information is stored securely and used only in connection with the event(s) you have registered for.
